Our transcribers do everything possible to ensure accuracy, including extensive use of the Internet to check proper names, brand names, company names, acronyms, drug names, medical terminology, and technical terms. All transcripts are spellchecked, reviewed and proofread by a supervisor before being sent to the client
Time Coding
Whether you are looking for a specific section in a Zoom meeting or editing film clips, time codes at intervals throughout the transcript are available.
Archives
Transcripts are archived for at least two years, so if you lose a transcript, we can quickly locate and send it to you (at no charge)
